All heels on our custom cowboy boots are set well under the boot for comfort, and extended in the back to help protect the heel counter from wearing & keep a spur from slipping over your heel while riding. If you want a larger spur extension heel as shown on Styles 17A and 17B, be sure to tell us when ordering.
The look of the handmade heel will vary slightly from boot to boot, in proportion to the size of your western custom boots. The heels are handmade - layer by layer. All heels have rubber taps unless ordered otherwise.
