Custom Boot Order Refunds
Non-personalized, unworn, and undamaged custom order boots may be returned for refund or a remake within 15 days of receipt. A return authorization code is required; please contact our shop at (520) 281-0512 to receive your code. Purchase price of the boots will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee on all custom orders.
Boots not eligible for refund or remake are boots with initials, brands or customer designs not found in the Paul Bond Boot catalog. Most of the time, a fit adjustment is all that is needed. We are always happy to discuss adjustments that can be made to existing boots to achieve the right fit.
Changes or Cancellations
All changes or cancellations to custom orders must be made within 5 business days after the order is placed. Cancellations after 5 days will result in a 25% restocking fee.
In Stock Returns
Unworn, undamaged stock boots may be returned for exchange or refund of the boot purchase price within 5 business days of receipt. Before returning any purchases, a return authorization code will be required, so please contact our shop at (520) 281-0512 to receive your code. Please allow up to 15 business days to process your refund. Any return made after 5 business days will be subject to approval and could result in a store credit valid for 6 months. We can not be held responsible for boots returned without a return authorization code. Any boot returned without a return authorization code will result in a store credit good for 6 months.

All returns whether stock or custom orders require a return authorization code. Any boots returned without a return authorization code will result in a store credit valid for 6 months if returned within the time allowed by our policy. Standard Custom Delivery Time
Normal delivery on custom boots is approximately 16-20 weeks after all fitting information is received. Handmade quality takes time and we do our best to meet the 16 week delivery. However, we are a small group of folks, handcrafting boots. The only machines here are the sewing machines guided by our skilled craftsmen. No computer patterns or cutouts and our heels are not purchased ready made.
Everything is 100% leather and handmade especially for you.
Shipping Method
We ship via FedEx or USPS. Flat rate shipping charges within the United States is $25.00 and takes approximately 3 days. Overseas shipment charges and delivery times vary. All shipping charges are to be paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
Please note: Leather color may vary slightly from catalog and web page illustrations. If you are concerned about color, swatches are available upon request. Occasionally leather and exotic skins have natural scars and markings. We do our best to arrange these markings so they are not in a conspicuous place. These markings only add to the uniqueness of the leather and do not compromise the quality of our product.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates may be used towards the purchase of any Paul Bond Boot Company merchandise. Gift Certificates expire 1 year after the purchase date. We DO NOT offer refunds on gift certificates. |
