A Few Considerations Before Returning:
Unworn Condition: To honor the craftsmanship of our boots, we ask that all returns and exchanges be in their original, unworn condition. This means the soles are free of scuffs, the leather is pristine, and all original tags remain attached. We encourage you to try on your new boots on a carpeted surface to prevent any accidental damage.
Direct from Paul Bond: This policy is for purchases made directly from Paul Bond Boots through our website or through a personal appointment. If you purchased from another retailer, please refer to their return policy. We cannot process returns or exchanges on items that were not purchased directly from us.
The Art of Custom: While we strive for perfection, our custom-made boots are unique creations tailored to your specifications. If you have any concerns regarding a custom order, please contact us directly; we are happy to work with you to ensure you are completely satisfied. Note that custom items have limited eligibility for returns/exchanges.

Handcrafted Variations: Please keep in mind that our boots are carefully handcrafted. Some minor variations are normal in the process and are part of their unique character. These variations do not qualify for returns unless they impact functionality.

- Careful Packaging: Securely repackage the items in their original box or packaging. Make sure all original tags are still attached.
- Return Shipping: We will provide specific shipping instructions upon your initial contact, which might include a pre-paid label for online orders, depending on your location. Please keep in mind that Paul Bond Boots is not liable for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
The Process – What to Expect:
- Careful Inspection: We will personally inspect each returned item to ensure it meets our return guidelines. Please allow up to 14 business days after we receive your return for the inspection.
- Personalized Communication: Once we've reviewed your return, we'll contact you to confirm if your refund or exchange is approved.
- Refunds Processed Quickly: For approved refunds, we will promptly process your payment back to your original method of payment.
- Swift Exchanges: For approved exchanges, we will ship your requested items as quickly as possible. Please allow additional
transit time.

- Gift Cards: Unfortunately, gift cards are not eligible for returns.
- Final Sale Purchases: Items marked as "final sale" are not returnable or exchangeable.
- Shipping Costs: We do not refund shipping costs, unless an error occurred on our end (e.g. incorrect item).
- Customized Creations: Custom and bespoke orders may be ineligible, and we must consider them on a case-by-case basis.
- Respectful Transactions: Paul Bond Boots reserves the right to deny returns and exchanges if we suspect any fraudulent or abusive behavior.
A Note for Our Friends in Alaska and Hawaii:
Unfortunately, free returns are not available for orders delivered to Hawaii or Alaska. Please reach out to discuss your return and any associated shipping fees.
Exchanges are not available for orders delivered to Hawaii or Alaska. However, we are happy to process a refund and invite you to place a new order.
